Methods of payment

You can pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), Paypal, COD (cash on delivery only in connection with UPS and DHL) as well as bank transfer.

credit card:

Credit card data will be asked for at the end of the order transaction. These data will not be stored on any of our IT-Systems and can not be reviewed by ourselves and our staff. The transfer of the data is carried out via a secured Internet protocol (https). We have been certified regarding safe handling of credit card data. Goods will be sent immediately, for the latest on the next working day, if in stock. A surcharge of 4.00 Euros will be applied to compensate for fees of the credit card companies partly.

Paypal:

At the end of the order transaction you will be directed to a paypal's website. Goods will be sent immediately, for the latest on the next working day, if in stock. A surcharge of 4.00 Euros will be applied to compensate for fees of Paypal partly.

COD:

Goods will be sent immediately, for the latest on the next working day, if in stock. You pay cash with our friendly UPS or DHL deliverer. A surcharge will be applied for paying items via 'cash on delivery'. The amount depends on the country the goods will be sent to.

Bank transfer:

This transaction must be carried out free of charge for us. Goods will be sent immediately after appropriate credits have been received. No additional charges from our side.
